Yes. We deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland (mainland), Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery outside the United Kingdom is not supported at this time.

Yes. All orders placed on our website include free standard shipping.
4. Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on the website include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated. There are no additional VAT charges added at checkout.
5. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a business day are counted from the same day. Orders placed after this time or on non-working days are processed from the next business day.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, and peak periods.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return and refund process after delivery.
